Marshals of the Ruthenian lands at the council in Krupiec in the presence of the general marshal and Crown elders made a settlement with Pinkas Abrahamowicz, the rabbi of Świrz and a Jew from Zhovkva, under which the current marshals Berek Rabinowicz and Joś Lejbowicz were to hold the office of land marshals for three years, and after this time they should invite the Świrz rabbi to participate and govern together with them. In the event of the death of one of them or departure for another city, the office of the marshal should be held by two Jewish delegates, one from Zhovkva and the other from Brody. Jewish councils should be called in order to establish the poll tax assessment every other year in the different estates owned by local magnates.
