Summons to the treasury tribunal for the rabbis of Ostróg and Krzemieniec and Kiev voivodeship elders regarding tax embezzlement
Felicjan Burzyński, the standard-bearer of Owrucz and heir to the Borowa estate, sues in the Radom treasury tribunal those responsible for preparing the poll tax tariff – the Jewish rabbis from Ostróg and Krzemieniec and the kahal elders of Berdyczów, Cudnów, Żytomierz, Owrucz, Wieledniki, Bohusław, Korsuń, and Narodycze – for embezzling the money from this tax and the unlawful (under the pretext of repayment of wyderkauf) increase of the poll tax amount for Borowa, a village of twenty Jews.
