Declaration of the Bełz voivodeship elders against the trustees of Chełm land

Abram Judkowicz, rabbi of Krystynopol and trustee of the Bełz voivodeship, along with other Bełz land elders, declare against the Chełm land trustees, Moszek Majorowicz and Józef Izraelowicz (who is also the the rabbi of Luboml), who illegally made an allocation in Konstantynów detrimental to the Bełz voivodeship and took a loan, allegedly to pay off debts that they did not repay. The amount was spent for an unknown purpose. At the same time those making the declaration state that they have cancelled the dispositions of both trustees, removed them from office, and put together a new allocation, which they sent to the Crown treasury.
