Letter of Józef Potocki, voivode of Kiev, regarding the election of the land elders in Brody

Józef Potocki, voivode of Kiev, changes his previous disposition of June 27, 1724 (in which he ordered an election of land elders directly after the customary election of kahal elders); confirms the position of the current land elders, Jakowka and Marek Rabinowicz; and allows the election of land elders to be conducted according to the old custom.
