At the request of Crown Jews, King Jan Kazimierz Vasa forbids granting protection to those Jews who are not willing to pay the poll tax to their collectors. At the same time he orders the provision of all assistance to collectors and their subcollectors, grants them his protection, and confirms exemption from dues such as accommodation for the army and state officials (stacje), and free transport of the above (powody).
