Protestation by the deputy of the armoured cavalry unit of the voivode of Chełm concerning a lack of payment of orders of payment

Two protestations by Aleksander Skąpski, the deputy of the armoured cavalry unit of the voivode of Chełmno and the marshal of the Crown Tribunal [Jakub Zygmunt Rybiński] against the Jews from the cities of Jaworów, Drohobycz, Halicz, Rozdół, Jezupol, Sanok, Mariampol, and especially against Mendel from Rozdół, concerning the lack of payment of the sums prescribed in the order of payment of the Crown Treasury and of the fines decided by the court, contrary to the verdict by the Radom Tribunal of the 17th June 1725, in a case between him and the land elders of Ruthenia, which ordered the payment of all these sums within 12 weeks under the threat of exile. The second protestation together with the information on the publication of the exile decree by the court beadle.
