Zawel Jakubowicz, Wolf Mendlowicz, Abram Ickowicz representing the Jews from the town of Wieniawa, belonging to Karol Tarło, the Starosta of Stężyca, sue the elders of Lublin: Jachym, Froim the Blind and Herczka to the tax tribunal in Radom as they inflated the Jewish poll tax (the so-called kraga) for the few and impoverished Jews of Wieniawa (merely eight farmers), demanding from them the payment of 600 złp, while for their own community of Lublin, numbering about 6000 Jews, they decided the poll tax would only be 700 złp.
