Jan Jerzy Przebendowski informs E. Sieniawska that he will order the Jews assembling on the congress in Ryczywół to grant the deduction of the Jewish poll tax for the qahal of Oleszyce, which town is owned by Sieniawska. Prebendowski also says that since the passing of the 1717 constitution, tax deductions granted on the basis of losses incurred in a fire are granted by the Jewish elders, and not by the Treasurer.
