Lawsuit to the tribunal in Radom for the elders of Volhynian lands and the elders of the community of Włodzimierz
Account of the filing of a suit to the tribunal in Radom for Lejba Szmujłowicza, the rabbi of Krzemieniec, and Marek Bezrączka, Zyskiel, Zusman, Lejba Gerszonowicz, Abuć Lejbowicz, Uszer Lejbowicz and other elders of Włodzimierz and elders Volynian Voivodeship at the accusation by Piotr Karczewski and the Jews of Beresteczko concerning the failure to execute the two tribunal decrees (from the 18th June 1749 and 5th June 1752) and disregarding the orders of the Treasurer of the Crown which forbade to charge Beresteczko with a poll tax higher than 1600 złp.
