Declaration of the Sandomierz voivode against the Crown treasurer

Jan Wielopolski, voivode of Sandomierz and the starost of Lanckorona, declares against Karol Odrowąż Sedlnicki, the grand Crown treasurer, whom he accuses of violating the rights of voivodes as he had issued a universal in Konstantynów (16 November 1753), in which he convened for 10 February 1754 the Jewish council to Pińczów and he instructed to prepare a general allocation (sympla) for the sum of 34,596 zlotys for communities located in the local voivodeship, as well as in the case of a summons against himself to the Radom treasury tribunal in which the treasurer accused him of violating the jurisdiction of the treasurer over Jews.
