Lawsuit to the Treasury Tribunal for the land elder of Opatów and the elders of Janów concerning an unlawful decree

Mosiek Jakubowicz, a leaseholder in Sprów, assisted by Marcin Goliński, sues Józef Haszklowicz, a land elder from Opatów, the elders of Janów and their plenipotentiary, Ejzyk Lewkowicz to the Treasury tribunal in Radom, demanding the delivery to the court of the decree between them and the community of Janów (on the 15th February, 1755) issued during the Jewish Assembly in Opoczno (according to the instrument of the Grand Treasurer of the Crown), which had been issued treacherously, without knowledge of the interested party and which reduced the amount adjudicated for him to 400 red Hungarian currency. The plaintiff demands the annulment of the previous judgment and the compensation for the damage he suffered, marked in the register for the amount of 10,000 złp.
