Szmojło Lejbowicz, Rabbi of Drohobycz, manifests against the elders of the Drohobycz Kahal, who have lodged a protest with the Municipal Acts. The Rabbi failed to arrive on the specified day to take the oath because of his participation in the Council of the Four Lands in Jarosław as a deputy of the Przemyśl Land.
