Resolution of Jan III on taxes and safety of Crown Jews

King Jan III orders Crown Jews to pay only Jewish poll tax in the amount of 105 thousand zlotys in current coin as it is written in the diet constitution, and he exempts them from paying other commitments established on noble dietines. He confirms that in criminal and civil cases they are under the jurisdiction of voivodeship courts, and they can appeal to court of assessors. As for safety, he orders municipal authorities to prevent anti-Jewish riots, and if they happen, to catch participants in those incidents and take them to castle courts for judgment and punishment.
