Account of the filing of a suit to the tax tribunal in Radom from 20th April, 1742, against Rabbis Mojżesz Szmujłowicz from Jaroslaw, Lewko Szk[...]dowicz from Przeworsk, Major Zelmanowicz from Dublany and Berek Dukielski, a citizen of Dobromil, at the accusation by Jerzy Wandalin Mniszech, the Chamberlain of Lithuania, as the commander of the cavalry unit, for not giving the hiberna of 1260 złp for the year 1741 to 1742; for the expenses incurred by the deputies, companions of the unit: Filip Zaleski, the son of the Cupbearer of Malbork and his brother Remigian, the Cupbearer of Busk, amounting to 500 złp because they were sent by the elders to places where there were no Jews, e.g. to Drohobycz destroyed in a fire
