Court register entry of the decree by the tribunal in Radom concerning the poll tax from the Jews of Beresteczko
The tax tribunal in Radom confirms the former tribunal decree of 18th June 1749 and the disposition by the Treasurer of the Crown of 17th July 1751 and forbids to charge the kahal with the Beresteczko Jewish poll tax higher than 1600 złp, orders to restore the villages and the town of Boremel, formerly belonging to Beresteczko, and forbids the treasury officials to accept a tariff with a higher sum and to issue orders of payment higher than 1600 złp
