Declaration on behalf of the Włodzimierz kahal against the Łokacze kahal over the sabotage of the new sympla (general allocation)

Izrael Lejbowicz, syndic of the Włodzimierz kahal, on behalf of all communities of the Włodzimierz poviat, declares against the Łokacze kahal, which, contrary to the universal of Crown Treasurer Franciszek Maksymilian Ossoliński, refused to participate in the preparation of the new sympla (general allocation) of the poll tax for Włodzimierz poviat in November 1732 and did the same in 1733 at the congress in Ostrożec.
