Józef Ickowicz and Lejzor Michałowicz, the elders of Przemyśl, on behalf of themselves and Izrael Handzlowicz, the rabbi of Przemyśl, and Izrael Lewkowicz, the rabbi of Dobromil, as the plenipotentiaries of the Crown Jews, in accordance with the plenipotence issued by Israel Fortis, doctor of medicine and general marshal of the Crown Jews, declare that they were ready to satisfy, in accordance with the agreement, Tomasz Orzechowski, the Cupbearer of Czersk, a former sub-voivode of Przemyśl and currently of L’viv, and pay him the amount of 6,000 złp; the creditor, however, was absent.
