The agreement reached in Jarosław by Adam Szaniawski, the Wojski of Krasnystaw, notary of the castle court of Łuków, and the Crown elders. According to the debenture bond from May 26th, 1678, the Crown elders were to pay Szaniawski the debt of 9,000 zlotys, but were not able to pay on time. For this reason they commit themselves to the following plan: the elders of the Lublin kahal will pay 5,000 zlotys in Lublin, which 5,000 contain 4,000 of the original debt plus 1,000 zlotys in damages, and the remaining 5,000 will be paid the following year.
