Franciszek Stroński, the treasurer of Żytomierz, as a tribunal prosecutor, sues the elders of the kahals in Żmigród and Gorlice to the treasury tribunal in Radom for the orders of payment unpaid to him (he was the captain of the armoured cavalry unit of the Krakow Voivodeship then) for the amount of 1500 and 500 złp, issued by the late Jerzy Ożarowski, the great Quartermaster of the Crown, the starost of Nowy Korczyn and Druginia, and then the marshal of the Krakow Voivodeship (during the confederation of Dzików). The rates of this Jewish poll tax had been determined by the elders of Krakow in Dębica on the 12th January 1735
