Declaration by the Radom Treasury Tribunal
The Crown Treasury Tribunal issues a five-year moratorium of the debts due to the elders of the Crown Jews and land elders until the nobility’s and the clergy’s active debts have been paid. The Tribunal also forbids the elders to contract new debts.
