Crown elders gathered at the Jarosław Council confirm the rights of the kahal and the rabbi of Płock. Jews living in the towns of Sierpc, Wyszogród, Maków, Szreńsk, Drobin, Płońsk, Ciechanów, Mława, Iłów, Dzierzgowo, Różan, Radziki, and villages from the Narew river to the suburb of Gdańsk – Szkotland are under the authority of the Płock rabbi, including the rabbis of these towns. The elders also determine the amount of salary due to the rabbi of Płock from the Jews of these towns and allow him to place a curse and sequester persons and goods in the event of non-compliance of the rights of the kahal and rabbi of Płock.
