Act of execution of the decree of the Radom treasury tribunal of 24 May 1752 (judgment in absentia imposed on the marshals of Ruthenian Jews Berko Rabinowicz and Joś Lejbowicz and the general scribe Chaim Marek Rabinowicz) regarding the excessive burden on kahals in their allocation at the request of Michał Rzewuski, the Crown field scribe and heir to the estates of Chodorów, Rozdół, Brzozdowce, and Kniehynicze in Lviv in front of the private residences of Lewko Landes and Józef Rabinowicz and the wooden house in Przedmieście Krakowskie belonging to Berko Rabinowicz. After the rejection of the execution of the decree by Małka, Landes’ wife and by Józef Rabinowicz and Berko (they claimed that they were no longer land elders and had not signed the allocation), the case was sent back to the treasury tribunal.
