Manifestation on behalf of the governor of Ostróg Kasper Kostowski, on behalf of Piotr Małachowski, the governor of this part of Ostróg which belongs to St.W. Jabłonowski, the starost of Biała Cerkiew, declares the readiness to fulfill the court decree of the 10th June 1733 in the case between the Jews of Ostróg and the cavalry units of St.Poniatowski, voivode of Masovia, M. Mycielski, castellan of Kalisz, and A.Trypolski, chamberlain of Kiev. The Jews of Ostróg from the Jabłonowski part were ready to pay the arrears to the deputies of the units, but the Jews from the Sanguszko part, basing on the tariffs established by the sub-voivode of Volhynia [Wydżga] wanted, contrary to the decrees of the court and of the treasury tribunal in Radom, to divide the kahal into parts.
