Act of execution of the infamy imposed on the Jews of Dobromil at the accusation of the Jews of Chyrów

Court register entry on 9th October 1742 by the castle court office of Sanok concerning the decree of infamy from the 21st June , 1742, imposed by the tax tribunal in Radom on the Jews from Dobromil at the indictment of Jan Komorski, the steward, and the Jews of Chyrów for them being charged with ‘private’ tax obligations. Because Berko Dukielski, an elder and merchant from Dobromil claimed that the Jews from Dobromil had not received any lawsuits from the Jews of Chyrów, and that the tariffs had been arranged by the Crown elders and not by the Jews of Dobromil, the case was sent back to the tax tribunal for reconsideration
