Lawsuit to the tribunal in Radom for St. Węgliński, the elders of Włodzimierz, Lejba Szmujłowicz, the rabbi of Krzemieniec, and the land elders of Volhynia
Piotr Karczewski and the Jews of Beresteczko sue Stanisław Węgliński, the wage collector for the Field Mace of the Crown, who had not collected from the deposit the remaining 1,600 złp of poll tax from the Jews of Beresteczko (having paid 1211 złp and 15 gr. to the cavalry units), as well as the elders of Volhynian Jews for allocating excessive poll tax in their tariffs, contrary to the previous decrees of the Radom tribunal.
