Lawsuit to the tax tribunal against the land elders of the voivodeship of Lublin concerning the failure to execute the judgment

Wacław Rzewuski, the voivode of Podolia, Field Hetman of the Crown and the heir of the Łęczna estate, together with the community of Łęczna, sue Abram Chaimowicz from Lublin, Moszek Perciowicz from Lubartów, Lejba from Kurów, Józef Sandrowicz from Opole, Jakub Szmulowicz from Zwoleń, the elders of the Lublin province, before the tax tribunal in Radom, for the failure to execute the adjudicated condemnata imposed in the Radom Tribunal in the case with the late Seweryn Rzewuski, the Voivod of Volhynia.
