Summons to the Radom Tribunal for land elders
Haszkiel Wulfowicz, a land elder, sues the Crown’ military banners to the Tribunal, along with Icek Opoczyński, trustee of the Crown Jews, and Saul, the rabbi of Nowy Korczyn, as well as the land elders of Cracow-Sandomierz province, accusing them all of deciding on a harmful distribution of the Jewish poll-tax during a private meeting in Stobnica, which is in violation of the 1717 constitution and the general tariff of the 1753 Jarosław Jewish assembly
