The Greater Poland elders, in connection with the costs of building a new synagogue incurred by the Mława Jews, prohibited the community of Maków Mazowiecki from imposing on them and their subordinates the Jewish fees and taxes. In return for confirming the affiliation of its minor communities, the Mława community was obliged to pay the ordinary tariff in accordance with the assessment of the poll tax prepared by the land.
