Resolution of the Radom treasury tribunal for Crown Jews
The Radom treasury tribunal appealed to the provisions of the 1717 constitution and forbade the voivodes to violate the prerogatives of the Crown treasury in matters concerning the Jewish poll tax. He forbade them to designate the place for Jewish councils and to elect rabbis in the communities of their voivodeships.
