Due to the unpaid annual salary (the so-called annuata) for the Bełz subvoivode, the Bełz Voivode Antoni Michał Potocki summoned Busk elders to appear on 5 February 1733 in the Bełz sub-voivode court or in front of a Bełz Jewish judge to pay the overdue sum together with a fine. The voivode assumes that the Busk kahal, by refusing to pay the salary to the sub-voivode, included in the allocation prepared by the elders of Bełz kahal, deviated from the authority of the Bełz voivodeship elders.
