Protective universal of King Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki to Crown Jews
As a result of the persecution of Jews by some people who spread accusations that Jews were secretly corresponding with enemies of the Commonwealth and acting against the country, King Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki guarantees personal and property safety to Crown Jews, especially during fairs and markets, and orders Crown clerks to severely punish false informants and the instigators of disorder in accordance with the law and with the Proszowice dietine resolution.
