A lawsuit to the tax tribunal in Radom for the land elders of Przemyśl: Michał Szmujłowicz, the rabbi of Przemyśl, Moszek Szmojłowicz, the rabbi of Jarosław, Major Oszorowicz, the rabbi of Dobromil for the instance of Jan Błoński of Biberstyn, the heir of a half of Bircza (Biercza) and other estates, Józef and Franciszek Humnicki, the sons of the late Pantler of Bielsk, Tomasz Humnicki, the heirs of the second half of Bircza, the leaseholders Wulf Oszorowicz and Lejba Chaimowicz, as well as the other Jews in Bircza. The plaintiffs blame the elders that while allocating taxes they imposed undue burdens on the town of Bircza, demanding reimbursement for excessive tax, restoration of the previous rate of 130 złp and the incorporation of the separated villages as well as the villages of Lipa and Malawa
