The kahal and common people of Złoczów ask for the possibility of taking out a loan from the landlord's treasure to pay their debts. Additionally, they make a complaint about the elders of Ruthenian lands, who are overcharging the kahal of Złoczów, do not comply with a decree of the Jewish Assembly concerning the affiliation of Markopol, Olejów and Manajów to the kahal in Złoczów, and do not want to reduce the tax of the sum of 468, which they pledged to deduct from the Złoczów poll tax. They also request him to intercede for them with the Crown Treasurer so that the executors of the orders of payment could be sent to the Jews who are disobedient to the superiors of Złoczów
