Approbation of Jan Kanty Boguslawski's testament

Approbation of the testament of Jan Kanty Bogusławski, a scholastic from Nowy Korczyn and the parish priest in Stary Korczyn, from the 8th August 1724 and the 21st August 1721, in which he presents his claims to the rent arrears from the land elders of Krakow and Sandomierz. Bogusławski recommends the executors of the testament to get the capital from the Jews (20000 złp), together with commission arrears and imposed fines, and to place the money on landed properties, due to the unreliability and failure of execution of the tribunal sentences, etc. (He had obtained three decrees in the Lublin tribunal)
