Jan Kazimierz Krasiński, Treasurer of the Crown, orders the Crown Jews to collect the due Jewish poll tax, in accordance with the law passed by the Congress of Rzeszów, and orders the collected money to be taken to the Commission of Lwów, where it will be spent on „gifts to Tatars”.
